Themes are new to MetaStock version 18. These now control the colors and styles of your chart. There are two ways to change the theme. To change the theme on a chart, follow the steps below:
MetaStock v18 --> Current - Open MetaStock.
- From the Power Console, select the Charts button.
- Open the desired chart.
- Type in the instrument using the Instrument(s) field at the top.
- Select instrument using Custom Online Data Lists or Public Online Data Lists.
- Select local data instrument using Local Data Lists.
- Click the Chart Theme button in the lower, right corner of the chart
- Click on the desired Theme
Or - Open MetaStock.
- From the Power Console, select the Charts button.
- Open the desired chart.
- Type in the instrument using the Instrument(s) field at the top.
- Select instrument using Custom Online Data Lists or Public Online Data Lists.
- Select local data instrument using Local Data Lists.
- Double click or right-click in an empty area of the chart
- Click Chart Window Properties
- From the Chart Options tab, click the Theme: drop-down
- Click on the desired Theme
