Can someone help please, this is driving me insane. I cannot change colours on indicators through the right click then properties function.

If I set up an expert adviser and want to put highlights in I cannot change from the defaults. This starting happening all of a sudden.

Please help, it is such a nuisance.

Hi,

Sorry about that. We have seen some issues on certain multiple monitor configurations. Do you use more than 1 monitor? If you do, try moving the Editor dialogue to your other monitor and adjusting the color and see if the change holds.

Thanks so much for that solution. I do use multiple monitors and it is now resolved. I just have one index chart that doesn't want to play the game. I have it set up so that when the RMO is lower the candle colour is red and when it is higher the candle colour is blue. For some reason the red changes in the edit dialogue window but on the chart it is black. All other charts are fine. Will keep fiddling with that one to see if I can find the solution unless you can give a suggestion. But thank you again for the fix, much appreciated.

Hi again and thanks for the update!

In the case of expert highlights it could be related to the formula itself. Black is the default Up/Down colors for prices, so this could indicate the Highlight is not seeing the condition as true for some reason. It is also possible in the case of multiple highlights that another highlight higher up in the list could take precedence.

If you wanted to post your highlight formula it might help determine if there is an issue there. An example of RMO being below 0 would be:

Code:
FML("Rahul Mohindar Osc (RMO)") < 0

Thank you for the suggestions but fortunately I have sorted that issue. I have since discovered another problem with system tester but have already sent an online request for help so will await the response
