More and more people are getting high DPI screens on workstations as well as laptops, such as the Surface Pro and others with 4K screens. To have a laptop with a 4K screen you enable 200% (or more) DPI scaling within Windows. This makes the icons and most text blurry as it is forcibly scaled. Turning DPI scaling off means the icons are unusably small. Thankfully I decided not to get a 4K screen, but at 1920x1080 on a 15" screen, I have the scaling set to 125% so icons and text is more easily readable, but it makes a lot of the display in Metastock a bit blurry. Hopefully you can upgrade the UI components you use to a version or another product that is capable of this.
