Is it possible to Add a Line (as indicator) Represents 161 fibonaci.

It's already there! Zoom the price scale out and you'll see it. If you want to edit or add more levels, simply double click on the Fibonacci chart object and select the "Retracement Lines" tab; just as is described in the MS User Manual.
