Create "Favorites List" of stocks with Ticker symbols only

I have a set of about 100 stocks that I want to have keep track of in a custom list. All I have is the ticker symbols. How can I give that to Metastock so I can have a list I can go through everyday?
I am using Metastock 13 EOD. No, I do not have any price data; just the tickers.
