I had to re-install Eikon, and I no longer see the option to add Metastock 12 as an add on. Only 13, 14, and 15 which do not work as my account is not authorised to use them. Can you advise how I can re-install MS12?

Hi,
Version 12 was removed from Help > About > Addons within Eikon (this has been removed for a while now). Typically when there is a new version of Eikon, Eikon will be upgraded but you will maintain your MetaStock installation.
In the event MetaStock 12 needs to be installed fresh, please contact our support department directly, and we can provide a link to the software for you. Edited by user Wednesday, March 29, 2017 3:28:57 PM(UTC)

Hello, I've checked there, and the only link I can find is to a file called MSRT15-*.eik which a) doesn't work (link invalid), and b) I'm guessing from the MSRT15 name is for Metastock 15 RT.

Hi,
Apologies, I edited my original post. You are correct in that we only provide a direct installation link for version 15. In most cases your version 12 installation should remain unaffected by updates to Eikon, but in the event you need to reinstall fresh, you will need to contact support directly for access to this file. Once you have the file you can back the file up if you desire (we are not creating new versions of 12, so the version you have should remain the latest).

Thanks. Now sorted via support. I've backed it up in case it ever needs re-installation.
