Hi,

Anyone knows why there are two data file extensions in the same folder ? 

How to make them all WMD ?

F1.DAT through F255.DAT is an earlier version of MetaStock's MSFL format. When this 255 limitation was expanded, newer versions of the format use .MWD to cover this expanded functionality. There is no way to make all securities within a folder use .MWD. If you limit your securities to 255 then the data in each folder should only use the old MSFL data format (useful for programs that can only read early versions of our file format).
