Dear MetaStock
How can I setup to have realtime data pre-market within MetaStock Pro charts platform.

Hi Frank,
Which version of MetaStock Pro are you using? With MetaStock R/T for XENITH data, it is possible on the XENITH platform to see this data in a chart. Currently we do not get this data on the MetaStock side but we're looking into this.
If referring to MetaStock Pro 11 for eSignal, this is not possible. eSignal flags this data differently (I believe as Form T trades) and we do not receive this information in MetaStock.

Thanks for clarifying. It's not here yet on the MetaStock side (just the accompanying XENITH platform) but this is something we're absolutely looking into. I don't really have any specifics as of yet so can't really offer much more at this time.

I have MetaStock 11 for eSignal, can I still use eSignal feed with eSignal version 12.

Hi Frank,
MetaStock Pro 11 for eSignal requires the 10.6 version of eSignal:
http://download.esignal....al/esignal_10.6.2425.exe
I believe you can have both the old and newer versions installed on the same PC (not 100% certain on this), but you would want to make sure that the 10.6 Data Manager is what's running when you try and launch MetaStock Pro 11.

I checked with eSignal they told me I can have both eSignal 12 and esignal 10.6 running at the same time or separate on the same computer |

Hi Frank,
Sorry your response got missed. When you install MetaStock Pro for eSignal, the question is asked during the installation which Realtime Vendor you want to use: Signal, eSignal, or No Realtime Vendor. The only way to set this is during installation, so if you did not choose eSignal during the installation, you would need to reinstall and choose that option. Once that is done, you just need to make sure and have the eSignal 10.6 Data Manager running when you launch MetaStock.
