Hello,
When creating custom indicators or explorations I often have to paste indicators from the 'function ' tab. This allows a way of referencing an indicator already created. But in the finction---paste box--indicators especiaaly those created with an input() function show several variables with different parameters to choose from. Which one should I choose from the list?
Any help---anyone?
Regards,
Dr.Chatterjee

If the Format for the formula shows FmlVar, then this is calling a specific variable defined within that indicator as opposed to the complete/final value that using a simple FML reference would do.
If you are wanting to call the entire formula, you should not use any of the specific FmlVar choices and simply choose the one that says the indicator name alone and only uses Fml. It is also worth noting that calling an indicator that uses Input functions will assume the Default value of the Input, it does not let you choose which value to specify when plotting.
