hi,

       After the SRSI coded in metastock is possble to code also the SVRSI by Vitali Apirine (slow volume relative strenght index)

the formula is

SVSI = 100 – [100/(1 + SVS)]

SVS = Average positive volume

/Average negative volume

n The SVSI measures buying/

selling pressure relative to a

six-day EMA

n Closing price is used for calculating

the EMA

n Volume is positive when the

close is above a six-day EMA

n Volume is negative when the

close is below a six-day EMA

n Negative volume values are

expressed as positive values,

not negative values

n If the closing price equals a

six-day EMA, then volume=0

(no change)

thank you very much

Luigi
