Hello,
Metastock 11 contains two explorations for Bollinger Band buy signals.That appear to be the same but I am confused as to which signal method to which it belongs (There are 4 methods --1,2,3 and 4 described in Mr.Bollingers book - Bollinger on Bollinger Bands)In the exploration it mentions it is related to an article in the TASC magazine.Could someone give me a link to the article?

If you mean Equis - Bollinger Bands and Equis - Bollinger Bands Expert System they should be effectively the same. The formulas are broken up a bit differently, one combines both the buy and sell into a single column using the IF statement (giving a +1 for Buy and -1 for Sell) whereas the other breaks each signal into 2 separate columns.
