Hello,
Support for Alpha Omega Elliott waves plug in is hard to find as the original website is hard to access.I have managed to obtain a copy of the manual and there, there are many extra Elliott waves in addition to the usual waves that Mr.Tasse--has introduced.I have written to him requesting an explanation for these new strange waves but my e mails have gone unanswered.
Supposing I buy this product from Equis am I assured of active and detailed support for the product ?Otherwise my investment will be in vain.

Hi,
Robert Tasse to my knowledge has retired so you likely will not have success emailing him at this point. We do still sell the add-on and provide technical support for this (i.e. installation problems or errors), but interpretive information (i.e. how the formulas work) would not be supported by us.
