Can you define "Touch" for me? The chance of a 50 period EMA "touching" (being the same as) the CLOSE on any given bar is quite remote, so you probably need to define what "Touch" means in the context of what you're trying to achieve.
The following formula should get you started but you will need to adjust the percentage multiplier ( currently 0.5% ) of the second condition to get the number of hits that are appropriate for your purposes.
