Can anyone please explain why a security like Shake Shak that got listed back in February,almost 4 months ago,still doesn´t show on the instrument search results?
This happens constantly with recent listed companies while even free web services have them either on the first day or the next...

Hello,
You will want to download the latest InstrumentListSetup2.exe file located at: https://www.metastock.co...rt/download/Symbols.aspx
If you have previously done this, please be aware that we did identify an issue that may have prevented the lists from updating in certain scenarios. Please try downloading this file and running it, and let me know if you have further issues.
Also note that this is a manual process that you will want to run periodically. We update these files monthly on the web site and you can check the above page and check the Last Updated next to the file to know when it has been updated. Edited by user Thursday, May 14, 2015 8:02:33 PM(UTC)
