Dear MetaStock Support
I have noticed n my real time data Xenith and MetaStock 14, had a chart open and the real time data doed not automatically update. I had a 5 minute char up at 1:20PM and the date was from 1:12PM and when I click the refresh it just kept the same data time.
If this is theccase I will go back to MetaStock 11 with Esignal data.
I need reliable data to use to trade for a living.
Can anyone explain what the issue may be?

Hi Frank,
You would want to ensure you have the appropriate exchange fees depending on the market / symbols you are viewing. This would be the most likely problem. You would also want to ensure that Tools-->Options-->Real-Time has "Enable Live Bars" checked and "Update Chart" set to "Live" (These are all the default settings).

Dear MetaSock Support
Looking within Xenith for a Watchlist say for example % Gainers and Losers, Stocks Gapping Up and Down etc.. say like a scan list or Hot list |

Hi Frank,
Typically when you leave XENITH (Eikon) running in the background, it will eventually notify you of pending updates and to restart XENITH. After doing this, you will actually need to Uninstall MetaStock in the Control Panel / Programs and Features section (Close XENITH prior to doing this), then go back into XENITH and the latest version of MetaStock Pro Retail should be available within the Helios > Help > About > Addons menu.
If so some reason this does not occur, you can go back to the My Downloads section of our web site https://www.metastock.co...stomer/service/Downloads
At the bottom of Step 2, you should see the following text: XENITH is downloaded during the First Time Login process. You only need to use this link if you need to re-download or reinstall.
When you click the hyperlinked text to install XENITH, it should update you to the latest version. You will then need to uninstall MetaStock Pro per the instructions above, and then go back into XENITH, click the Helios, then Help > About > Add-Ons and install the latest version of MetaStock Pro Retail.

Hi Frank,
If you go into XENITH/Eikon and click the Helios > Help > About Thomson Reuters Eikon, what version does it show under the Status tab (it should show Desktop 4.x.xx (4.x.[censored]x).
If you already tried installing XENITH and you do not see 4.033 (4.0.33626) then you may need to click Start > All Apps/Programs > Thomson Reuters > Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools > Uninstall Product and then try installing XENITH again to get the latest version. Only the latest version of XENITH will display the latest version of MetaStock.

Sorry meant to answer this one as well. You might want to check out the Stocks Overview page, which you can access by typing: STOV on the command line on the Eikon Toolbar. There is a Country selector at the top of this page.
