reinstall metastock and the default indicator experts and explorations are not there
reinstall secondly but there are not there
how to resolve? using metastock 11

All the formula files should be copied fresh into your MetaStock directory (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Equis\MetaStock). After this, we run a formula import to bring in your previous custom formula files. This would not delete formulas out of the files but would overwrite any duplicate formulas.
Are you receiving any errors during the installation? Can you give some examples of formulas missing?

error is the path to metastock\formorg.exe is not there
the indicator builder list is blank and the exploration and expert are blank too
where are all the default indicators exploration and expert are keep in when installing? what are the files names?

the installation was ok with all the indicators and experts but the computer has a blue scrren and have to reinstallation the software and the indicators and experts are not there now

MS11FORM.DTA = Indicator Builder MS11EXPL.DTA = Explorer MS11EXPT.DTA + "Experts" folder = Expert Advisor ST_DATA.MDB = System Tester
All these files should be inside the "MetaStock" directory, and also possibly inside a "Backup" folder within the MetaStock directory. The "Backup" directory would potentially contain your previous formulas. You can try and manually run the "Organizer" button within MetaStock's formula tools and try and Import from this Backup folder. However, it does sound that at the very least there are some Windows Registry issues in regards to MetaStock. You may need to try deleting the Equis registry key (HKey_Current_User-->Software-->Equis) and then try reinstalling. You may want to contact support for assistance with this.
