Hi All,

I've been trying to make my signals on the DJ industrial index to also show on the constituent stocks, Eg say I get a buy signal on DJ on 3rd of Feb, I'd like the same buy signal to also plot on say Coca-Cola, Cisco, Boeing, IBM and so forth.

Any ideas how this could be done?

Thanks in advance.

Jac.

Depends on which version of MS you're running : Security() function.

thanks wabbit,

I use v11 at the moment and have defined the index path into my indicator using Security().

Saved a template, open the stock with the same template and indicator. However the signals on the stocks are based on the indicator and not the signal I have on the index, ie different dates etc.

Wondering if the signal needs to be placed in a temporary mem/storage then recalled from mem/storage in order to plot on the stock??
