I want to put two correlations of different timeframes (50 period and 5 period) for the same two securities into the same inner window, but when I choose "Merge with scale on right" for the second correlation the scaling doesn't match up for both correlations. For instance at the same point the first correlation may be .84 and the second correlation will be .92. I don't understand why since both of them use the same scale of 1.0 to -1.0.

Sometimes scaling issues can occur especially when dropping an indicator next to another indicator or indicators.

For example, when I plotted my first correlation it plots fine, and when I plotted the 2nd one in the same window, I was not prompted for any scaling options, it simply automatically merged with the scale on the right. If you changed the scaling on the base security at any point (i.e. Display New Scale on Left) this could also potentially cause issues.

In general, if it seems like things aren't properly following the scale, you can right-click on each object in the inner window (even the ones you think are correct) and choose Scaling-->Merge With Scale On Right-->Ok. If that still does not seem to help, you can try choosing Display new scale on right for the first indicator, then select Merge with scale on right for all other indicators in that window.
