I am running the updated version of Metastock EOD 12.1.52.2. It showed an alert when I started the program today with the following message "you are currently running an older version of Thomson Reuters Eikon will no longer be accessible after 30 September 2013". Do the EOD users need to upgrade Eikon? Thanks.

IF you do need to upgrade Eikon you do it through the Deployment Manager in the Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools menu. Why that would be necessary for the EOD version, I'm not entirely sure though.

I checked the Thomson Reuters folder in my Program Files. It does not have Thomson Reuters Eikon. Anyway I will try to re-install Metastock and see what happens. Thanks for the answer.

I am using EOD Version V12 . The alert message I got about the expiring of the Eikon version is apparently a bug, according to the reply I received from the Metastock Support: "We have received your question concerning the expiring of the Eikon version. This message is meant for the Pro users and can be ignored. An End of Day update will be released soon which will stop this message from appearing. "
