Hello
Since this morning any time when i try to open any of my charts, Metastock warns me:
'You are not entitled to receive information on this symbol from the vendor'
and then i see empty charts for most of main crosses.
and excel shows me 'access denied: user req to PE(231) ' instead of quotes from XENITH
I am sure my XENITH FX subscription is active, so I have no idea what to do. Please help

I am having the same problem so it must be a problem with metastock and not us the end users. It makes it hard to trade with no incoming data.

same here since this morning....I rang sales but they advised to ring technical but technical is not open......it may be that my subscription is due but normally it is automatic renewal...wait and see I guess and take the day off.
