Have version 9.1 running on WinXP; Athlon AMD 2.16Ghz; 2GB ram

Out of the Blue - Receive this ERROR Message.
MSWin.exe Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close.

Suspected Bad Data files in CSI/Unfair Advantage, pulling quotes into MetaStock (MS).

Deleted ALL expired contracts in UA. Deleted UA/Files folder.
New Download in UA to rewrite all files.

Attempted to create IFG (individual files group) of BeanOil using IBO (BO on ICE exchange-elec.)
Recieved this Pop-up Error ...

> unable to open file C:\UA\Files\Futures\\Master. for update Line 494
> Programming Source code File C:\uasrc\FileIO\MsHeader.cpp 2.10.7

After clicking OK (closing Pop-up), highlighted one of these new files and clik "chart series" -
chart was created in UA.

Strange - ONLY daily files I see is the newly created BP, IBO and ZBE 30yrTnote files.
The rest are continuous charts - Wkly & Mthly.

PB Pork Bellies contract must have Ended - Last Date 7/15/2011, and
HU UnldGas - Last Date 12/29/2006

Opened a BP contract - OK
Opened a BP-COT (commitment of traders report) with special template I designed - OK.
Opened CU EurFXCME Weekly with special Weekly template - OK, saved SmartChart- OK

Open ... Don't if didn't notice before, but most daily files in subfolder 'cont1'.

Opened CC1201307 - OK

READING FROM MS FOLDERS

Deleted 3 BP contracts 6/9/12
Use Downloader to recreate in MS Folder 'B'
Opened BP1201306 - OK, saved - OK ... left open
Opened BP1201309 - Crashed.

Opened BP1201309 - OK, saved, closed - OK
Opened BP1201312 - OK, saved, closed - OK

Opened BP1201306 - OK, left opened
Opened BP1201309 - Crashed.

It seems MSWIN.exe (MetaStock) is having a problem opening more than 1 chart at time.

It was working fine until I Zipped up the Directory to replace files on my laptop to bring it up to

date. Next day, I get this problem.

Any idea what's going on ? ? ?
