Indicators Not Showing in QuickList Drop-Down Window (MS v11)

IS it normal for some available indicators to NOT SHOW in the Indicator QuickList?
Example: Variance - Var(Array,Periods)
Yes, I've set Format >> QuickList >> Check All

There are some FUNCTIONS which are not included as INDICATORS; Var() is one, as are Sin(), Cos(), Atan() etc etc.
