Hi Guys
I am looking for the best trend explorer / indicator. At present I am using ADX,DMI+ and DMI-. I want to find stocks with strong and rising trends. Any suggestions please.
Thanks

as with any trend following indicator, they are all lagging indicators. You will miss the start of the move and will miss the end of it as well.
You can try bands around MA's, consecutive closes above and below MA's, over bought and over sold levels of an indicator, you can use an index vs it's ma. You should also do a search in the forum under ADX Clusters as was mentioned in Stocks& Commodities in their recent Nov 2012 issue

The recent article in S&C regarding ADX Clusters provided me with an interest in applying a variation to pick up trends early in their development. I set up a scren looking at price movement then 3 inner windows looking at ADX cluster, +DM cluster and -DM cluster. This displays some interesting opportunities to trade for the short term in most cases and occasionally the longer term.
Search for a book called ADXcellence which provides a number of strategies for breakout and continuation trades.

Why separate inner windows for +DM and -DM?
Thanks

If you use the article's method you would have 9 dynamic lines and 4 horizontal lines, i.e. a visual mess.
