Dear friends,
I am looking for the formula in the commentry for the close value when MACD() cross their MOV(macd(),9,e). please help me out.

You'll need to combine these:
WriteVal()
ValueWhen()
Cross()
MACD()
Mov()
The precise order of these will be easily solved by reading the MS User Manual and doing the exercises in the free Equis Formula Primer.
