Data Conversion PSM Gold data - Convert to Metastock via DownLoader ?

How do I learn the correct path,
or do I have to create a path.
Personal Stock Monitor data can
be converted to Metastock via
the Downloader utility.
I just do not know - what that
path is.
When I attempt to create a path for
data, the DL comes back and
says "source file not found:....
Right now - I have 10 investments
I download by hand each day.
Must be an easier way.
PSM Gold will not provide assistance.
Anyone - already successful in data
conversion, using Personal Stock Montor

What format are your existing data files in? Have a read of the Downloader help files -- they are pretty informative.
