Hi,

I am using MS 11.0, Vista and Excel 2003.

My regional settings are programmed as following:
decimal = ,
thousands separator = .
When I copy/paste a excel cell (formated as a "number" with 4 decimals)( ex: 4,5214) to a cell of a file in the Downloader, the 4 decimals are converted to zero in the Downloader (ex:4,000)
Why?
If the format of the excel cell is changed to "text" or "standard" (instead of "number") in excel, the result in the Downloader file is the same, i.e. 4,000 (instead of 4,5214)

A change in the regional settings (decimal = . and thousands separator = ,) doesn't help: 4.5214 in excel is then converted to 45,214.00 in the Downloader ...

Can you please help?

Which field are you pasting the data into? Open, High, Low, and Close data will accept decimal values. However Volume and Open Interest are expected to have no decimal components.

I'm sorry but I have been unable to replicate the issue you are describing. If possible, please call or chat with our support staff. They have a tool which will allow you to share your screen with them so we may observe this and find a resolution.
