I am wondering if there is any way to use the bar at the bottom of the Metastock window to trade with brokerage companies other than the one Metastock refers you to? Thanks in advance.

You can go to Tools -> options. On the Trading tab, enter the web site of your broker. Then, clicking the trade button will take you to that site for you to enter the desired trade.
