I'm using MetaStock 11 with Windows Xp and templates don't work.
When I create a custom template (for example a chart with a RSI indicator), I want to save this template for further use. I clic at "Save template as" and save it as a template. When I want to use another chart with the template created, it loads but with the chart I used to create de template.
Any solutions?
I've followed the video tutorial and I do all the steps, but it still doesn't work
PD: When I clic "Save template as default" it works fine, I have no problems there.

Try right-clicking a chart, then left-clicking on "Apply template".

Tried that and still doesn't work.
I think the problem is when I save the template, because the other templates that came with MetaStock work fine.
When I save a temaplate I go to File > Save as and then I select the template format and save it. Is that correct?

Yup.
After you save a template, do you see it when you click "Apply template"?
You did say that if you right-click and use "Save as Default Template", that you can apply THAT template? Or does it only apply to symbols which don't yet have a Smart Chart?
