Fellas, I have a doubt.
When trying to test a system in intradaily basis, even when I ask for 5 years, metastock only works with around 6 months.
Can anyone help me?

There is a maximum testing limit of 50,000 bars, irrespective of the length of time.
For example, if you are testing on one-minute data, you can test up to 50,000 one-minute bars. If you are testing on daily data, you can test up to 50,000 daily bars.

Still, when I try to run 5k hourly bars, it only tests around 6 months worth of them.

Try opening a chart of the data first. make sure the chart has all the data you are wanting to test. After doing that, try the hourly test again
