Does somebody know how I could use the Bloomberg datafeed for my MetaStock End-of Day?

Kind regards

Hi DonVinci,

MS is a charting application; it will chart whatever data you feed into it, so long as that data is in a recognisable format.

What format is the Bloomberg data in? If it is not in MS format, then you'll need to convert it to the MS format. Depending on the current data format, it may be possible to do the conversion in one step, but sometimes this is not always possible and it might be necessary to convert to an intermediate format first e.g. 'Bloomberg' --> ASCII --> MS.

MS Downloader can do many conversions; have a look in the help files for more information.

Hope this helps.

Don Vinci Did you ever manage to solve this issue of using Bloomberg feeds? Or are you doing it manually (downloading into excel first then converting to cvs or ascii then converting in MS downloader)?
