i loaded the CD, ran "Setup.exe", but nothing happens.
but Process Explorer tells me that "Setup.exe" is running.
pls help.
im using Windows 7 Pro

This could be cause by not running the install as the administrator or by some process active in the background. The first thing to try is to close the setup process. Make sure you are logged in to windows as the Administrator. Then right-click on the setup.exe file and select run as Administrator.
Based on the results of that action, there are several other procedures that could be used if any are still needed. If the installation still does not work, I strongly suggest contacting our support office via phone or chat so we can walk you through an further required actions.

hey, ah, i appreciate the reply.
i just got it installed and activated yesterday.
u guys may want to know that the problem was caused by the language settings for non-Unicode programs. once i set it to English, the program installed smoothly.
