Can somebody help me retain different settings of the same indicator for different time periods of the chart....
How to code this????

Ray,

If you're going to write your own indicator and are willing to hardwire the settings, you could use this to detect whether the chart is daily, weekly, etc.

Or, as JohnL said, use a layout to combine 2 or more charts: Once you have the original chart the way you want it, use Windows -- New Window to duplicate it, change periodicity for one of them, then create a new layout and add the charts to it. You can either view them together or in full screen; whenever you save/load the layout your settings would be preserved.
