How can I draw a 300% yearly up trend line. Chart is in log display for y axis. thanks, racfadmin

I'm not quite sure how your calculate the 300% but the procedure is the same:
1) select the trendline tool
2) click on the starting point
3) drag to the end point
4) release the mouse button
5) right-click on the trendline and select properties
6) adjust the start and end point values if necessary
7) check the "extend - right" box
8) click Ok

since you are using a semi-log chart, you may want to use the semi-log trendline tool instead of the regular one.
