hello,
I am having problems with some of the symbols regarding the data received, I did send an email to the support center on equis.com a week ago but I still haven't received an answer. The data on some symbols is not correctly updated, after I verified this on www.bvb.ro,this is the site of Bucharest Stock Exchange, you cand see that the data is someway rounded, if it's 244.2 on bvb, on metastock is 245.0, in 09.09.2010 for ex.
A symbol that I am interested in is ro;tgn, please look at this problem and I am waiting for a response.

When you emailed support, did you get their auto-response back. If you did not, they did not get your email.

When you report data issues like this, try to give them a specific symbol and a date in that symbol that is wrong. give them the value you are seeing in metastock and the value you are seeing from the exchange. If the problem is for more than one date, you can express that, but a specific example lets them research the issue faster.

I've talked to them a couple of times and it seems this issue is common for some new securities from the European and Middle Eastern exchanges. Somehow the data is being received incorrectly from the exchange but it is something they are able to fix once they are made aware of the issue.

Thank you for your reply, I did mention in that mail a date and a wrong price and I received a no-reply mail, for confirmation that they are looking at the issue, what I do not understant is why I haven't received any answer in over a week :( ,I guess I'll have to send them more emails. have a nice week
