Expert Advisor Crashing when Emails being sent out!

Could there be a specific reason why the expert advisor is unable to send out Emails. Certain times it crashes and stops sending out emails. Is it possible that it stops sending out emails, if I have 2 outlook's opened up? Sometimes they arent synchronised? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I have not heard of this happening before. Are there any error messages displayed when metastock shuts down?
If you have two outlooks open, have you tried running with just one?

The Expert Advisor doesnt crash. I just get a pop up window saying cannot connect to the email server. Is there a particular type of email server that we need to be connected to? As in different format e.g hotmail,google might be different

metastock uses MAPI to connect to the email program. Microsoft Outlook is fully MAPI compliant. some other email programs may not be. I'm not sure if Outlook Express is fully MAPI compliant.
If you are using a different email program than outlook, check with the support / manufacturer to see if it is MAPI compliant. If not, try using Outlook as you default email program
