Any ways to protect my formula besides using password?

My company has written some indicator formulas. We would like to distribute to our customers but we don't want to expose the details of the formulas.
The basic way to proctect them is to use password. However, we are afraid that some people may download the password unlocker from web and crack the formulas.
Does anybody know if there are any other ways to protect the formula securely besides using password?
Or, is there any way which I can easily convert the formulas into a .dll?
Thank you very much.

hi, to program a dll you would need to buy the mdk (metastocks developer kit) and reprogram the formulas or a part of the formulas (the secret parts) in c++ or powerbasic. see also thread: http://forum.equis.com/forums/thread/30653.aspx and the linked threads in this thread the other possiblity is to ask/pay/employ someone from the forum who has already the mdk (eg wabbit) and maybe he is reprogramming this for you..
