Updating from Metastock 10.1 to 10.1c and report error...

All,
How do you update to 10.1c? I cant seem to work out how.
Also, when I carry out an exploration, I can't seem to view a report? (Metastock freezes).
All help appreciated.

If you purchased MetaStock directly from Equis, you should have a web login. You can visit the " My Downloads" section of our site to download the latest version available to you. If you own version 10, then 10.1D is what will be downloaded. There is no notation that it is 10.1D, but we only store the latest build of each version on the site. https://www.metastock.com/customer/service/downloads/
