How to determine which template is being used.

Sorry for the basic question, but I can't seem to find where the template currently being used is identified. I've opened up an old smart chart but cannot determine which template is being used.
I've right clicked all the windows and cannot find the name of the template in the properities.

The template is only used when you first open the Smart Chart. It would have likely been the Default.mwt template that was used when you first opened that particular symbol. The smart chart contains no link to the template. The smart chart stores the settings that were defined in the template directly within the chart.
