As we know,
Not True = False
Not False = True
Does anyone have any suggestions on how Metastock works on this condition?
For example,
If current time is 12:19 pm,
(Hour()=12 and Minute()>15), which will return TRUE, but how can I code this
statement as shown below:
Not (Hour()=12 and Minute()>15), which will return FALSE,
Does anyone have any suggestions?
