If I wrote 100 Custom Formulas, they would all appear in the "Custom Indicators" category of the Past Functions Dialog Box. My new group of 100 formulas get tossed in with all the pre existing indicators in the "Custom Indicators" category which becomes too lengthy. Exporting the 100 formulas becomes a chore having to sort through entire list selecting them.
Can I create a new "Function Category" to place the 100 indicators in?
I like the way the ForumDLL created a new Function Category and placed all its indicators in it.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Dennis

I put my name in front of the custom indicator name so that I can just backup those. Just a thought. Thanks haddison

I don't have a problem identifying them...it's just a pain highlighting them as they are scattered throughout the list.
Oh....your point is by having the same name in front of each indicator, groups them together in the list. That's a workaround. I would prefer to have them in a newly defined category.

Hi,
What I do to fix this problem is whenever I have an indicator that I have written or someone else
I just put a "(C)" which stands for custom. Also
you could put something like "1." (without the quotes) which would bring your indicators right at the top.
