buy if once the highest price higher than preceding high :
H> REF(H,-1)
it may buy at preceding high or higher or lower, it depends on the closing price, however, how to make it to buy at preceding high only while using EST? any setting in EST should I set?

if EST only execute the order at O/H/L/C other than the preceding high, any method or tools can overcome this?
