How to display more dates when loading a group?

Is there a setting to enable me to display several years data when loading a group from Favorites please? Thanks for any help!

Go to: File--Open--Options--Load Options.... and see if that works for you.

That only works for the first security, then all the rest just display 500 days. Should I delete the SmartCharts folders or something? Thanks!

I found I can do it if I delete the SmartCharts folder, but is there a simpler/quicker way please?
