Try reading the MT4 book : http://book.mql4.com/wledge needed to use the iMA() function, and all the other MT4 functions, to convert your MS codes to MT4 yourself.

If you've downloaded the file to the right location on your computer, but cannot see the file in your MT custom indicator list, then shutdown MT and restart it.

If you don't know how to download a file from the internet, then I suggest you get some general internet and computer training. If you don't know how where to save an .ex4 file for MT then I suggest you get some general MT education. I don't think there is much more I can do to help.
