Hi Friends ,
I have subscribed to Reuters datalink service through
equis website yesterday (I have purchased meta stock recently) .
But unfortunately till now,I didn't got my datalink username/password information either through email or any other means. Equis website shows my
subscription as active .I have also raised a case with equis technical
support ,but no response so far. Please guide me .

Check your junk mail/spam folder - it's quite possible the emails are ending up there.
