I am using HSQuote, for free data, and it works great. What I wish to do is create a sector list for the US market. However, I cannot find such a list available for download on the internet. I do know this list would be quite extensive, that's why I haven't attempted to create a sectors list manually. Does anyone know where I can obtain the US marrkets sectors list? Thank you.

Well, I can tell you where not to look... REUTERS... their data is JUNK at the moment and the tech support team keeps fobbing us off until "next month"

If you want to consider a data vendor subscription rather than free yahoo data, then our custom folders features will allow you to create sector lists (and lower levels) based on either the Dow Jones/ICB or S&P/GICS structure.
