Hi!
I have a need to create an "own" index. Eg. What's the relationship between the stocks in a certain directory that has a close > mov(5) and the ones that have a close < mov(5).
When I have this "index" I want to use it as an indicator, in Exporations etc.
Is this possible with Metastock EOD?

If I hear you right, you want to create a summary function based upon some condition (close > mov(5)) then use the summary function in another calculation. I have only seen summary functions in add-ons, not in EOD. Maybe someone else has some ideas. Something like: ROC(Mov((C/P),13,S),1,%) where "P" is a stock you highlight (see user manual) may be of interest. I use "P" as S&P500 usually.

I try to be more clear in my requirement. Say that I define a - bull stock as mov(5) > mov(20) > mov(50)
- bear stock as mov(5) < mov(20) < mov(50)
And now I want to scan all my stocks and see how many of them are bullish and how many are bearish. I want to do this relationship as an indicator so I can view it in a diagram. Is it possible?

You can create an explorer with each requirement as a column (one bull column and one bear column) but to me a index means a group of selected stocks and MS can not combine stocks "on the fly".
