Hi!
I'm a newer!, so i have some question?
How to create a NEW chart of the advancing issues?
How to fill colour in where the RSI above 70 and below 30? may do it in Metastock?

Are you a Reuters DataLink subscriber? If so, you would need the Index package and you can update the symbols located in the C:\MetaStock Data\BM Data folder via The DownLoader (Tools-->Download Price). There are symbols in this folder for NYSE and NASDAQ Advancing Issues.
MetaStock does not have the ability to shade inside indicators, though sometimes it is possible to work around this limitation with some creative coding (I am not sure how you would do it in this case).
