It is impossible to scroll chart usig right / left arrow beyond the boundaries of the chart.
What is desirable is to scroll by one bar, the minimum scrolling possible is 3 bars.
It is desirable to move chart when scrolling with right arrow.

What you can do is hold down the shift key and at the same time use your mouse to click the scroll button at the bottom of the screen
