Thanks: 6 times

When I run an exploration on my folder, I explore securities with different length: some start since 1987, other since 1982, while other issues are older.

Is there a way to say: "run the exploration since 1987"?, ignoring the older data?

Grazie.

there are a lot of ways to do that. u could load only that number of records u need by selecting options then load options or u could add at the end of code "...and year()>=1987" or u could develope a code wich to start from a period u specify and o be undefined before that, then use isdefined() function.

Have a look at the date filter indicator code found at MetaStockTools.com: "Time filters - Date & Intraday time filters, with user date/time inputs & sample application." jose '-)
