Is there any way that I can convert EOD data to EOW or EOM with reuters datalink? Or do I have to create a new security with a specified time period of W or M and grab all new data?

hey somedev..... yes there is a way to do it without downloading..... not sure of your goal in this so as a rule i'd say the best option is to just create a new security with those time frames and download.....
we can have a single folder which contain all securities in the daily, weekly, and monthly format..... for instance my s&p 500 is really a s&p 1500..... running a exploration on that one folder scans all 3 time frames.....h
